Damaged Goods During Shipping

- Do NOT send drop-shipped items directly back to the supplier.
- To return a drop-shipped item, you must still follow our standard return process: contact QualityKorner 406 customer service to initiate the return.
- We will provide you with instructions, and the item will be returned to our designated return address at 5311 13th Street South, Great Falls, MT 59405, or we may provide you with a specific return label from our supplier if applicable. We will guide you through the correct procedure for each specific drop-shipped product return.
- Damaged Drop-Shipped Items: If a drop-shipped item arrives damaged, please follow the "Damaged Goods During Shipping" policy outlined above, notifying us within 24 hours with photos.
Non-Returnable Items
